Compounds were tested between 10 to 12 replicates and 12 concentrations ranging from 5.0×10 −5 M to 2.0×10 −8 M (tested on three occasions so n=3). EC 50 curves were fitted using a four-parameter log-logistic function in Graphpad Prism 9.3.
